The Story

It started the way most great things in pickleball start — with someone talking trash they couldn't back up.

Somewhere between a shanked serve and an argument about whether that ball was really "out," we realized something: the funniest moments on the court were the ones nobody was printing on a shirt. The pickleball apparel world was full of generic clip-art paddles and "I'd Rather Be Pickling" energy. Nothing that actually sounded like the people playing the game.

So we made the shirts we wanted to wear.

Dink Happens is pickleball humor by pickleball players — every design comes from real moments on real courts. The kind of jokes that make your partner miss a return because they're laughing too hard. The kind of shirts that make a stranger across the net say, "Where did you get that?"

What we believe:

Pickleball is the fastest-growing sport in America because it doesn't take itself too seriously. Retirees play next to millennials. Beginners rally with former tennis pros. Nobody's checking your ranking before you step on the court. We think the best thing you can bring out there — besides a cold water bottle — is a sense of humor.

What we make:

Premium tees with real fit, real fabric, and real jokes. Not disposable novelty shirts you'd hide at the bottom of a drawer. These are shirts you wear to the court, then to brunch, then to the grocery store — starting conversations everywhere you go.

Our one rule:

The humor punches at the game, never the player. A 72-year-old grandma and a 28-year-old tech bro should both look at the same shirt and think, "That's me."
